Can I request even small construction work?
A. Of course it's possible. While it's a small job, like fixing loose tiles, repairing cracks in the roof, or removing an antenna, climbing onto the roof can be difficult.
Please feel free to consult us about any such concerns.
Is it okay to just get a quote?
A. A quote does not equal a contract. We are happy to provide quotes or simply ask for a price, even if that's all you need. Please feel free to contact us.
How will you handle the situation with your neighbors?
A. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we will deliver letters and make courtesy visits before construction begins. We will discuss with you how we would like to show consideration during the contract signing and then take appropriate action.
Is it necessary to be at home during the work?
A. There is no problem with you going out for work or other errands.
*Please ensure you lock your doors and take care of your valuables.
Is it necessary to serve tea during construction?
A. We don't want to inconvenience you, so your kind thoughts are more than enough.
Do I need to provide my home toilet during the construction?
A. We do not enter customers' homes to use their restrooms during construction work.
Can you handle urgent issues like roof leaks?
A. For urgent cases or situations requiring immediate attention due to customer circumstances, we can provide service as quickly as the same day.
Is it possible to renovate properties that you manage or sell?
A. Of course. We receive many orders throughout the year for renovations of properties managed by rental property owners and real estate companies. We can propose renovations tailored to your budget and financing needs, and we can also accompany you during property viewings.
