About the cooling-off period
Cooling-off period refers to the right to unconditionally withdraw an application for certain contracts within a specified period.
Alternatively, it could be a national system that allows for contract termination.
Even if something goes wrong, you can rest assured with the cooling-off period.
Cooling-off periods are a system that can be used when a construction contract is made through visits or telephone sales .
The cooling-off period allows for unconditional contract cancellation, regardless of your circumstances, so you can consider the construction work with peace of mind.
Cancellations are possible within 8 days.
If a customer enters into a contract, they may unconditionally withdraw their application (cancel the contract) in writing or by electronic record within eight days, counting the day they receive the contract as day one. This withdrawal will take effect from the time the written or electronic record is sent.
In other words, if more than 8 days have passed since the contract date, the cooling-off period will no longer apply, so please contact us to confirm the date.
Items not subject to the cooling-off period.
The following items are exempt from the cooling-off period for our company's products :
- Contracts with a contract amount of less than 3,000 yen.
- If you made the request and entered into the contract yourself.
- If we enter into a construction contract for a store or office.
